Our basic package is by far our most popular service plan. It’s an exterior based service where we use a 3 step plan to treat the outside of your home. 95% of common indoor pests come from outside the structure so using up to date strategies we can effectively stop most pests before they ever gain entry to your home.

Webster Around Home
Webster around the home (where reachable) to take down spider webs and wasp nests. This effectively keeps harborage areas to a minimum.
Step 2
Spread Granules
Spread insecticide granules around the perimeter structure to provide a long lasting barrier around the home.
Step 3
Liquid Treatment
Liquid treat all reachable areas where pests may enter the home. (Around the foundation, windows, doors, eaves, vents, under decks, etc.).
What are the benefits of this plan?
Complete coverage.
Even though it’s an exterior based plan, we still have your interior covered on an as needed basis.
Easier scheduling.
If you are not having any pest problems inside your home, there’s no need for complicated scheduling to let us inside. We will notify you a few days ahead of time to let you know your exterior service is due and when we will be out to re-establish the barrier around your home. And that’s it! Easy as that. (If you are having any interior pest problems, let us know when we contact you and we can schedule an appointment time that best works for you)
Pesticides are only used where they are needed.
The basic service plan uses pesticides outside where the pests are most active. Keeping things safer inside your home. No unnecessary pesticides around your family and pets.
